Yes, You're invited to celebrate the 50th anniversary of your graduation with all of your classmates. All graduates of St. Charles Class of 1960, anyone that was ever in our class at any point along the way, spouses and friends and friends of friends of our class, faculty, etc. We have a fabulous weekend planned for you.

No reservation required - starting at 7:00 PM you'll have a chance to meet informally with your classmates at a casual reception held at the Pheasant Run Resort in the Arnold Palmer/Jack Nicklaus Suites. Cash bar with munchies will be provided. This is your first opportunity to mingle and visit with friends, relive past memories and just catch up on the last 50 years.

Saturday morning you may want to meet with some of your classmates for breakfast at the Colonial Cafe at 1625 East Main Street - Dutch Treat.
Saturday's times to be announced as we get closer to our reunion date.
Saturday we're planning a visit to good old St. Charles High School, which is now the Thompson Middle School. If you haven't been there recently you'll be amazed at the changes.
After the high school tour we will get a tour of the Arcada Theater, built in the 1920's and opened to the public in 1926. Thanks to the restoration of the Arcada Theater and its architectural and entertainment importance, the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency placed the theater on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
The Arcada is still a St. Charles jewel. This year is St. Charles 175th Anniversary with a special tribute to the Arcada's Vaudeville days and a performance of "Say Goodnight Gracie". The show celebrated the lives of George Burns and Gracie Allen whose last Vaudeville performance was on the Arcada stage. Mr. Onesti (owner) has agreed to take us on a tour back stage and to the production room.
If you need transportation to breakfast, the school or the Arcada, just let us know... we plan to car pool. A meeting place & time will be announced at a later date. No charge for either tour.

50 years deserves a special celebration!
Saturday night dinner will be preceded by a social hour (cash bar) starting at 6:00 in the Marsalis Banquet Room at Pheasant Run. The five course dinner includes your choice of Salmon Americana, Peppercorn Crusted Prime Sirloin Steak or Stuffed Midwest Chicken. Make your entree selection when you send in your reservation.
A special program is planned and we will take time to remember and honor the member of our class who passed on since graduation.
By popular demand - Kris Welsh, former classmate and radio personality from Berkley, California will take over the Master of Ceremonies Duties……
we also will have a special surprise guest..... a celebrity singer.
Our class group photo will be taken after dinner.
Your reunion committee is working hard to make this the best reunion you've ever had. Please mark your calendars and start making plans to attend.
Old friendships are pure gold.
Attendees are to make their own hotel reservations. Just mention St. Charles class of 1960 50th Reunion for discounted rate at Pheasant Run. The hotel does not provide shuttle service from the airports. If you would like a list of other hotel accommodation, please let me know and I will try to help you out.
